CAR PRE-ORDER GUIDLINE

BIDDING DEPOSIT

We are required to make a fixed security deposit of BDT One Lac to Ten Lac (depends on car catagories) before participating in the auction process. We cannot start the bidding process without the payment of security deposit.

The security deposit is refundable. In case you are unable to make a successful bid, it will be refunded in full. However, with your consent this amount can be reused for future bidding on another unit.Terms and condition for Pre-Order

• Once bid is successful, customer has to pay the equivalent taka of auction price, shipping cost and import service charge.
• When bid will successful and car purchase will be done from auction customer can not cancel the order/car.
• If customer cancel the order/car initial diposit money will be deducted as a penalty.
• If customer fails to make the payment by 30 days, the car will be reauctioned. Initial deposit will be deducted as penalty.
• If customer wants delay the shipment / ship the car after 30 days from auction win date, for each extra month USD 200 will be charged for yard fee.
• Usually it takes 45-50 days for shipment from the date of the payment.  If customer delay the payment, shipment will be delayed accordingly.
• Once car reached at Bangladesh port (Mongla/Chittagong), customer will have to pay the  customs duty for releasing the car. It will be at actual basis. If the tax increase customer will bear the increased amount, if decrease we will refund back.  
• If customer make delay to pay the customs duty for releasing the car, wharf rent (port charge) will be paid by the customer @ 450 Taka per day.
• Final Payment: 100% payment to be made before registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for  JAPAN STOCK Cars:

• If the customer canceled the order within 48 hours of his confirmation, 25000 Taka will be charged as penalty from the booking money.
• If an order is canceled after 48 hours and between 5 days of the confirmation, BDT 50,000 Taka will be charged as penalty.
• If the car is released from port but client canceled the order, cancelation fees BDT 1 lac.
• If the full payment is not made within 30 days of the port release, BDT 1 lac will be charged as penalty.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITION

• The car will be delivered to the customer from our Dhaka Office as it is condition.
• . If customer wants , he/she can receive the car from Chittagong / Mongla Port.
• . 100% payments to be made in cash/cheque/Pay order/dd in favor of account to the time of delivery
• . Cost of registration ,Documentation , Insurance & Decoration etc to be borne by the customer
• . If any kind of extra repair/dent/paint/display/camera/tools/spare wheel is needed to make the car as show room condition that cost will be borne by the buyer.
• . customer can check his vehicle physically before registration . After registration company will not be liable for any complain .

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Shipment Cars

• If the customer canceled the order within 48 hours of his confirmation, 50000 Taka will be charged as penalty from the booking money.
• If an order is canceled after 48 hours and between 5 days of the confirmation, BDT 100,000 Taka will be charged as penalty.
• If the car is released from port but client canceled the order, Customer will not get his deposit money .
• If the full payment is not made within 30 days of the port release, BDT 1 lac will be charged as penalty for each month .
• . Customer must check his vehicle before shipment after shipment customer can’t complain for any discrimination.

Terms and condition for bank loan

• If customer have a car loan , customer must pay full down payment before registration
• Car loan depends on customer profile and Customer is liable for his bank loan amount as per the Bank Regulation
• Customer is liable for his bank loan process
• For bank loan customer will provide all documents to the bank . Car Loan amountbwill be provided as per the bank regulation
• After registration customer will pay all dues within 03 three working days , after that company will not be liable for the custody of Vehicle .
• Company will deliver vehicle after getting all dues , pay order and other related documentation
• Company is not liable for any kind of transaction between customer with third party
• In case of rejection of bank loan company will refund 50% of his deposit money.

General Terms and condition

• With out our money receipt and any kind of transaction is invalid .
• Money will not be refunded after acceptance of our offer.
• In accidentally money will be refunded by cheque after 30 (Thirty) working days. In that case , customer and other charges will be deducted
• Company will provided 03 ( three) years after sales service without spare parts.
• Our offer shall remain valid up 20 ( twenty) days from the date of our offer
• Any illegal activities of companies staff and clients is pro-habitat .
• After shipment company will provide ETA date and there is no confirm date.
